Kassie's Bodywork

This massage is a blend of my other massages to create bodywork that is curated to your needs. This kind of work is for 90 minute sessions or longer. It is highly reccomended for people and who have chronic pain, who have conflicting complaints that require different techniques such as swollen joints from RA, or take blood thinners and have severe tension in their back or decreased range of motion. I blend multiple types of massage to deliver bodywork that brings the body back to baseline, and encourages healing. It also works really well with people who have experienced trauma, or suffer from anxiety or depression, by soothing the nervous system to allow treatment work, then delivering targeted work to areas that have been holding pain.
