This massage is a blend of Lomi Lomi Massage, Swedish Massage, Lymph Drainage, and gentle Sports Massage designed to calm the nervous system increase circulation and facilitate healing.

Relaxation

Blend of Thai and Sports Massage incorporating stretching and compression to improve range of motion. Can be performed clothed or not.

Mobility

This massage is a blend of Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, Thai Massage, Gua Sha, Fascia Blasting, Cupping, Heat and Hot Stone Therapy, and Sports Massage. It is a fast paced massage designed to provide immediate, long lasting relief. This massage is for people with chronic (long-term) pain, reduced range of motion, and Stiffness. This massage can also be good for someone who has suffered from trauma, anxiety, or depression after they have begun thier internal healing journey.

Restoration

This massage is a blend of my other massages to create bodywork that is curated to your needs. This kind of work is for 90 minute sessions or longer. It is highly reccomended for people and who have chronic pain, who have conflicting complaints that require different techniques such as swollen joints from RA, or take blood thinners and have severe tension in their back or decreased range of motion. I blend multiple types of massage to deliver bodywork that brings the body back to baseline, and encourages healing. It also works really well with people who have experienced trauma, or suffer from anxiety or depression, by soothing the nervous system to allow treatment work, then delivering targeted work to areas that have been holding pain.

Signature Massage

This massage is your traditional deep tissue massage. This massage is slow, deep, and consistent. It reduces metabolic waste and provides deep relaxation. It is designed for an overall reduced tension, without the use of stretching, massage tools, or Trigger Point Therapy. Deep Tissue Massage

This massage is valid for new clients, each massage is customized to your needs at the time of service.

New Client Special

This service incorporates smectite clay, epsom salt, and arnica to reduce muscle soreness and inflammation, increase circulation and provide pain relief. A mask is applied to your back along with a heat pack, relieving tension while you get a luxurious foot and leg massage! This service is perfect if your body is fatigued, sore, or just stiff!

Elemental Relief

Intra-Oral Massage is performed with gloves inside and out of the mouth, focusing on the cheek, jaw and neck. This massage is perfect with anyone who has headaches, sinus congestion, jaw pain or clicking, sensitive teeth, sleep apnea, neck pain, ear pain or ear aches, vertigo. When we are under stress, we lock our jaws. *** RECCOMENDED TIME FOR FIRST INTRA-ORAL MASSAGE IS 30 MINUTES*** this massage can be pretty intense, and you can get a lot done in short period time providing immediate results.

This is arguably the most relaxing service I provide. Getting a nice exfoliation before your massage calms the nervous system and increases circulation leaving you deeply relaxed. This service is perfect for people who don't fully relax in a massage and/or people who have rough skin, have spent a lot of time in the sun or outdoors. If you're skin is on the dry/dehydrated side check out Double Down or Tripple Threat.

The 90 Minute Service includes a 30 Minute Massage, the other service times incorporate a longer massage and/or scrub.

Body Polish

Scrub and Rub

This 60 minute treatment starts in the chair, with a hot foot bath to soak your feet with Epson Salt while you receive some hand massage. A mild exfoliation is applied to the feet along with a soothing lavender lotion. To top it all off, you get a relaxing scalp head and neck massage with infuse with Lavendar Dream essential oil blend.
